PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation or PVTrans (PVT), an affiliate of the state-owned Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, said it made a net profit of VND37.241 billion ($1.96 million) in the first quarter of this year versus VND640.651 million of the same period last year.
