Vietnam’s shares surpassed the 500 threshold as traders were buying strongly after Dragon Capital said its two funds, VEIL and VFG, will continue investing in Vietnam despite Russia-based VR Capital’s vote for a wind-up.
VN-Index ended up 1.83%, or 9.15 points at 509.08. . . .
